Policy, Terms and Conditions – My Baby & Me Limited
Payment options:
We believe in making the payment process as easy as possible and we have the following options available:
Credit Cards (Visa and MasterCard) using our secure transaction service provided by ANZ eGate™ or pay directly by Bank deposit or internet transfer
We can also arrange for cheques for New Zealand orders on request however products will not be sent until the cheque has cleared.
Internet banking or direct banking, please order as normal and select direct debit/Internet banking as the payment option. Please quote your order number on the payment reference when completing the transaction to allow us to match payment to your order. Your purchase will be sent within 3 days of the payment showing in our account. We require payment to be in our account within 7 days of the transaction being made.

Our payment system is secure utilising an encrypted system that protects your information over the internet

All payments are processed in NZ$ (New Zealand Dollars).
New Zealand orders:
We aim to despatch all goods within 3 days of receipt of payment. We will provide a tracking number to allow you to monitor your purchase we will provide this via email for all orders (if an email address is supplied). The cost for delivery will be calculated based on the weight, size and location of the delivery address. The minimum cost for delivery is $6.50.

International orders:
We are happy to accept international orders, however due to the varying costs of transit, we will quote pricing on an individual order basis. Please email us for pricing through the contact us tab.
All international orders will be shipped by airmail and we will confirm all details via email. We will also confirm the payment process on acceptance of the shipping costs. Please do not email any credit card details.
In the event that you do not receive any communication from us, please check to make sure that our email is not in your junk email.
Any additional taxes or duties that are incurred within the recipient’s country are the responsibility of the receiver in the destination country.

Packaging:
As part of our aim in creating as little waste and minimising unnecessary cost as possible for our customers, all of our packages are packed and sent with as little additional packing as possible. We also understand that sometimes the presentation of our packages is important and we will happily gift wrap your items for a small additional fee.
All invoices and tags are created on recycled and recyclable paper.

Product Guarantee:
We pride ourselves on providing our valued customers with high quality products ate a reasonable price which should arrive in excellent condition. In the unlikely event that there appears to be something wrong with your product or discover the item is faulty within 30 days of purchase; please contact us immediately so the problem can be resolved.
Faulty items will either be exchanged, repaired or a refund will be given upon the return and acceptance of the fault of the item. Our guiding principles of our guarantee are to meet our customer’s rights under the consumer act.
The Guarantee will be made void if the care instructions are not followed or abuse is found. This will include but not limited to inappropriate products used to clean the products, ripping or tearing (not related to manufacturing faults) or excessive exposure to direct sunlight.

Returns and refunds:
Goods may be returned for an exchange with a receipt within 1 week of receipt of the product.
We are not able to refund or exchange any products that are not in “as new condition” which includes dirty, washed or damaged packaging. The product must be returned in a condition that is fit for resale.
These conditions exclude any goods that are faulty (please refer to product guarantee). With the exception of faulty goods we will not refund postage. Please contact us if you need customer service support through the contact us tab.
Cleaning/product care:
For our organic cotton range of products please refer to the tag in the label or the basic care instructions below. If in doubt, please feel free to email us for advice through the contact us tab.
Machine wash, delicate cycle in warm water
Wash darks separately
Do not use bleach
Tumble dry on low heat
Iron at low heat
Do not dry clean
Do not expose to long periods of direct sunlight
Keep clear of heat sources or fire

We may retain information to allow us to manage your account, administer any loyalty programmes as appropriate. This will not include any bank account or credit card details. We respect your rights to be able to view any information held in regards you or your rights to not receive any communication from us not related to a current order.
